Originally from San Diego, Bert Hubbell has spent much of his adult life living in Alabama. His working career began right here in North Alabama working for the Better Business Bureau and going to school at Athens State University. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management which he utilized at the Better Business Bureau as he ascended from a customer service representative to Chief Executive Officer, working for the Better Business Bureau system in Huntsville, Alabama; Nashville, Tennessee and St. Paul, Minnesota, where each of these offices were nationally recognized for customer retention, education and community outreach.
Bert enjoys his drive for customer service, hard work and dedication, which eventually led him to real estate. He works for a real estate broker that has been a real estate professional for more than 50 years… even selling his parents their first Alabama home and every home they have purchased since relocating to here.

Bert is involved in community outreach and education programs. He is the President of TE Hubbell Kidney Cancer Warrior Institute, a non profit organization dedicated to Kidney Cancer Research and Education. He enjoys being an interactive foster for Friends of Rescue – an animal advocacy and adoption organization in Huntsville. Bert is also active at his family’s farm in Marshall county and enjoys restoring classic vehicles.
